The feet and/or hands are worked on, but Reiki-reflex supports the human form in its entirety.
Both our feet and hands have reflex points that correlate to all of the glands, organs and parts of the body. The reflex points you find in the feet will be the same reflex points found in the hand. If you put your feet and hands together, you are looking at your body. Anything found on the left side of the body, such as your heart, will be found in your left foot or hand. Anything found on the right side of your body, such as your appendix, will be found in your right foot or hand. Stimulating these reflexes properly can help many health problems in a natural way, a type of preventative maintenance.
When touch therapy is blended with Reiki, the effectiveness of the treatment is enhanced dramatically. Many potential clients have concerns about receiving touch from another person on their bodies. However, they will often accept a hand or foot massage. Other potential clients are skeptical about pure energy work. Reiki-reflex is a wonderful extension to give clients the best of both worlds simultaneously.
